Refund and Returns Eligibility:
Timeframe for Request: Refund and return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or returns.
Reasons for Refund or Return: We accept refunds and returns only if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The print on the t-shirt has significant flaws or inconsistencies.
- The product differs significantly from the description or sample shown.
Ineligible Situations: Refunds and returns are not provided if:
- You ordered the incorrect size (please refer to our size chart carefully before purchasing).
- You have changed your mind after ordering.
- The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
Process for Refund or Return:
- Request a Return: simply click the "Refund" button on your order view page. Fill out the form with your order number, upload photos of the product showing any issues, and provide a brief description of the problem. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team at kabir@yonzi.in for assistance.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or refund.
- Return Instructions: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
